The Purchaser agrees to the following agreement made on the __________________, between Roxanne Kranz-
Coble, Silver Palm Cats (Breeder) and _______________________(Purchaser):

The kitten's full purchase price is $________ plus shipping of $________ less deposit of $_____.  The balance of
$_________ shall be paid in cash at time of pickup.  If kitten is shipped payment in full (purchase price plus
shipping) is required prior to shipping.  Deposit is non-refundable and retained for liquidated damages if buyer
changes their mind or is unable to take possession of the kitten/cat in a timely manner.  Deposit will be returned if
for some reason Breeder is unable to place agreed upon cat/kitten with Purchaser.

1.        The purchaser accepts full responsibility for this kitten and agrees to provide properly for its welfare.  It is
understood that this is a live animal and is not considered to be a perfect creature by any definitions.  This
cat/kitten is warranted to be in good health to the best of the Breeder’s knowledge.  It is recommended that
Purchaser have the kitten examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt, at purchaser's expense.  Any
health problems of a life threatening and un-treatable nature shall be documented by the vet and reported to
Silver Palm Cats immediately and a refund or replacement will be offered.  In the event of an out of state sale,
the Purchaser will ship the kitten back to the Breeder at a shared rate of 50% Purchaser, 50% Breeder.  Any
health problems after this time shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser.  Failure to have the kitten checked
within the time period makes all warranties null and void.

Silver Palm Cats is not responsible for any veterinarian costs.

2.        Under no circumstances after 72 hours will seller be obligated to refund money or allow kitten to be
returned.  However, if kitten should die from a genetic defect within
one year from the date of birth
Breeder will replace with kitten that  Breeder deems to be of equal value and quality as soon as one
becomes available.  A detailed necropsy report from a licensed vet as proof of death from a defect will be
required to be provided by the Purchaser  to the Breeder, at Purchaser’s cost.  This replacement guarantee
includes PKD, FIP,  & genetic defects that  result in death before 1 year of age - providing the Silver Palm Cats
is still breeding.

3.        Breeder will provide Purchaser at time of sale kittens vaccination & health records.   Kittens will need a
booster shot between 14 - 16 weeks. A rabies shot is also recommended.   We do not recommend the FIP
vaccination.  Administration of the FIP vaccination will void all warranties.

4.        Breeder does not guarantee against treatable nuisances such as upper respiratory infection, fleas,
fungus, mites, which are not life threatening.  These are very treatable and so common in cats and can be
brought on by moving to a new home or stress that the Breeder feels unable to guarantee against
them, but takes preventative measures and screening to ensure cats are free from these nuisances and
would never knowingly place a kitten with any of these conditions.

5.        Kittens sold as pets not spayed or neutered before sale must be spayed or neutered before the age of
eight months.  Kittens sold as pets do not have breeding rights and must not be bred.

6.        The kitten should not be de-clawed, as de-clawing is a mutilation and not considered good for the cat.

7.        T
he kitten is accustomed to Evo dry food & Nature's Variety.  It is recommended that this food is
continued, but if a change is desired, to do so slowly.  Changing food abruptly can cause intestinal problems
and is not good for the health of the kitten.   Please do not give your kitten milk, kitties are lactose intolerant and
giving milk WILL cause diarrhea.  Kitten can enjoy a treat of KMR kitten milk (available at pet stores).  The
Kitten must have water (bottled) available at all times.  Our cats and kittens are accustomed to standard clay
litter, and it is recommend to continue use with this type or if a change is desired – to do so slowly.

8.        It is the Purchaser's responsibility to train the kitten to behave in a manner acceptable to the Purchaser.

9.        We feel it is important to isolate your new kitten for a few days to a week and give it time to adjust to the
new environment before introducing other pets; and to imprint where his/her litter box will be kept, ideally
where the box will permanently be kept.  Moving to a new home can be stressful for the new pet and
isolating them in their own room helps to acclimate them to their new surroundings.

10.       Purchaser assumes full responsibility for this cat/kitten upon leaving seller’s premises.

11.       Purchaser agrees not to let the cat/kitten roam outdoors.

12.       We want to be sure our kitty babies are doing well in their new homes and will check on them via e-mail
periodically.  Please feel free to contact us anytime day or night with any questions or concerns about
your kitty.  If for some reason Purchaser is unable to provide a home for this cat, please contact Breeder,
as we may be able to assist in placement of the cat.

13.      This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and all
obligations of the parties created hereunder are performable in the County of San Diego, State of
California.  Silver Palm Cats maximum liability for this cat is the cat's purchase price, less the cost of shipping.

This Contract of Sale agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the purchaser and Silver Palm Cats.
“I/We have read all the pages in this contract and agree to all the stipulations”.

Signature indicates full agreement and approval of all above conditions.
